Banking, opened properly.

Accounts get refused for reasons no one explains. We prepare your file to each bank's standard, make the introduction, and open personal, corporate and private-banking relationships across five financial centres.

( 01 ) — Overview

The account is easy to want. And easy to be refused.

Post-CRS compliance has made international account opening a documentation exercise where presentation decides the outcome. Banks decline incomplete files without explanation — and a refusal can follow you to the next institution.

We work the other way around. We know what each bank's compliance team actually looks for, prepare your file to that standard — source of funds, corporate documents, references, narrative — and submit through relationships built over a decade.

From a personal account in Bangkok to a corporate account in Singapore, a private-banking relationship in Hong Kong or Dubai, the principle is the same: prepare properly, apply once.

Scope of service

Relationships we open.

i.

Personal accounts

Resident and non-resident personal banking in Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, Europe and the US — with multi-currency facilities from day one.

ii.

Corporate accounts

Operating accounts matched to your company's jurisdiction and activity — prepared so compliance sees a business, not a red flag.

iii.

Premier banking

Priority service tiers: dedicated relationship managers, preferential FX, international transfers and credit facilities.

iv.

Private banking

For qualifying clients: discretionary portfolios, structured products, Lombard lending and family-office style reporting with established private banks.

v.

Investment platforms

Brokerage and custody arrangements for internationally mobile investors — diversified by currency, market and institution.

vi.

Diversification strategy

No serious fortune sits in one bank or one jurisdiction. We design sensible redundancy: two banks, two jurisdictions, at minimum.

How it works

A clear path, start to finish.

01

Profile & KYC

We assemble your complete compliance file once — identity, address, source of funds, corporate documents — to institutional standard.

02

Bank matching

Which institutions fit your citizenship, residency, business and balances — and which are realistically open to you today.

03

Introduction & onboarding

We make the introduction, prepare you for the compliance interview, and manage the file until the account is live.

04

Ongoing liaison

Documentation updates, additional services, and a voice inside the bank when something needs attention.

Questions, answered

The details that matter.

Can I open an account remotely?

+

Increasingly, yes — several of our partner banks onboard remotely with video verification, though the strongest private-banking relationships still reward one in-person meeting. We tell you honestly which is which before you book a flight.

Why do applications get refused?

+

Almost always the file, not the applicant: unclear source of funds, mismatched corporate documents, a business description that raises questions it shouldn't. A decade of seeing refusals taught us how to prevent them.

What are the minimums for private banking?

+

Thresholds vary by institution — typically from USD 250,000 for entry-tier private clients to USD 1–5 million for full private banking. We place clients where their balance is welcomed, not tolerated.

How does CRS affect me?

+

Common Reporting Standard means your accounts are reported to your country of tax residence — automatically. There is no hiding, and we don't sell hiding. We build structures that are efficient precisely because they are correct.
